If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't function as described, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice.

Are any purchases final sale?
Custom and adapted-to-order items
Because each toy is individually adapted by hand, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders — but if there is a functional issue with your item, our guarantee still applies. We stand behind our work.
When will I get my order?

Once your order leaves our hands, transit time depends on where you are in the country. Customers closer to us will receive their orders sooner, while those further away may experience a few extra days in transit. We appreciate your patience.

We start with quality commercially available toys and modify each one ourselves — adding switch access points, testing every connection, and inspecting the finished product before it ever leaves our home. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Just careful, intentional work done by people who care.
